World Ranked #9 · ADCC Trials Champion
Professional grappler. Elite military instructor. Community builder. One of the most credible athletes in combat sports today.
The Story
"My goal has always been bigger than personal success — it is to build champions, strengthen my community, and represent the values of discipline, perseverance, and service."
Nathan Haddad began training martial arts at six years old, raised in boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As the son of a Cuban immigrant, he grew up with a deep appreciation for hard work, sacrifice, and the American Dream.
His father founded Core Combat Sports, and together the family turned it into a thriving full-time academy with over 600 active students. After graduating from business school, Nathan stepped into ownership — and simultaneously launched one of the most decorated competitive careers in modern grappling.
Today, Nathan serves as the Close Combat coach and trainer for the 123rd Special Tactics Squadron — brought in to develop and deliver combatives training to some of the military's most elite operators — while competing at the highest levels of the sport — qualified for the ADCC World Championships in Poland, ranked #9 in the world, and building a brand defined by credibility, character, and community.
